End of season football

We stayed in the Novotel for 3 nights in May. The hotel is great. Room was lovely and clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The end of season party on Saturday night was brilliant. Emmanuelle, Bob and the rest of the staff sure know how to throw a party. Will look forward to coming back in August.

We have stayed at this hotel on over 100 occasions and it’s always a really nice experience. We stayed Sunday night and looked forward to the breakfast on Bank Holiday Monday morning, what a disappointment it was, no sausages, no bacon, had to wait ages for the poached eggs, hardly any cereal, coffee machine not working at all, staff were all over the place, there was literally no customer support, really disappointed by the restaurant Staff ,they lacked the customer relationship skills. The only friendly Staff member during our stay was the lady who checked us in. Hopefully things may change as we are most likely checking in this weekend but if things don’t change we may just find an alternative hotel. A quick note to the Staff at least smile and welcome people when they check in and out.

Had a 3 night stay, excellent room (127), Young Lady on Reception Friday afternoon was very helpful, Bed very comfortable, excellent shower,. Bar Staff were very helpful with drinks & Food. The quality of the Breakfast was excellent (even the added surprise of fried bread which was lovely), had 2 evening meals, Pizza Friday and Burger Sunday, both were of good quality and good value. Looking forward to staying again.

We have just spent another great weekend at the Novotel in Wolverhampton. We stay at this hotel many times over the football season and cannot praise the management and staff enough for the way they always make you feel so very much at home. The room are well equipped and spotlessly clean.the food is excellent and the buffet breakfast is very high quality. The hotel has a nice comfortable bar where you can spent a very comfortable evening. The hotel is i situated in a perfect location for all transport links and everything that Wolverhampton as to offer.

After tricky situation regarding late check out - misunderstanding. this was resolved quickly. Staff friendly/excellent service all round - and for us totally dg friendly absolute bonus for us. Overall very happy with our stay and very accommodating.
